SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: PRIVATE PROPERTY Date: 03/13/2023 <br />Address: 6001 S FRENCH CAMP RD, FRENCH CAMP <br />Owner/Operator: PAPE KENWORTH Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COIVZOVDI <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />VEHICLE WAS ON FIRE ON THE PROPERTY. LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED AND AN UNKNOWN <br />AMOUNT OF FIRE SUPPRESANT WAS USED TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE. UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF PETROLEUM <br />PRODUCT WAS RELEASED. PROPERTY OWNER REPORTED IT TO BE LESS THAN 20 GALLONS. NO WATER <br />WAYS OR STORM DRAINS WERE IMPACTED. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />EHD received CalOES spill report #23-1837. A vehicle was on fire at the listed location. The fire department responded and <br />used an unknown amount of fire suppressant to extinguish the fire. The property owner reported an estimated less than 20 <br />gallons of petroleum products as being potentially released. While on site no visible sheen was observed on the puddles of <br />water or staining in the soil. Per Doug Pennington of Pape Kenworth, the vehicle will be disposed of appropriately. No storm <br />drains or waterways were impacted. <br />If during the removal and disposal of the vehicle contaminated soil is observed please conduct the appropriate clean up. <br />Report was emailed to Ethan Valburg at evalburg@pape.com <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
