I spoke with John Cannon <br />(559-840-9107) who stated that the transformer oil release occurred on Wing <br />Levee Rd in Stockton CA. Per John, it was a less than 5 gallon release of blue <br />stickered 'non PCB oil' but he said that they would collect samples to confirm that <br />it is in fact non-PCB. John stated that clean up was completed and the total waste <br />generated was put in a 55-gallon drum and was taken to the PG&E Stockton <br />Service Center located at 4040 West Lane, Stockton CA 95204. No storm drains <br />or water ways were impacted. I asked John to please provide me with pictures of <br />the clean up if he had them which he stated he would. <br />Recorded by <br />GARCIA-MEJIA <br />8:06am-Checked in with John Cannon because no photos had been received. <br />John stated he still had not received them and would send them as soon as he got <br />them. <br />9:12am-Checked in with John because photos had not been received. John <br />confirmed that the release did not occur near any schools or on a residential area. <br />John stated it was in a more rural location. <br />2:06pm-Photos were not received. Drove out to the location 12021 Wing Levee <br />Rd. Arrived at approximately 3:20pm and drove all along the road but was unable <br />to see where the area of the release had occurred. I called John Cannon who <br />stated he would get me an exact location as soon as he could. Finally received <br />pictures and location of the release. The area was down a dirt road in a field. The <br />area was on private property and therefore I was unable to enter. I took a picture <br />of the area from inside my vehicle on Wing Levee Rd. <br />5:16pm-Arrived back home. Saved photos received as PDF's, saved photo I took, <br />created a photo log and saved all of that to the file. Completed an inspection <br />report and emailed it to John Cannon at <jwtq@pge.com>. Completed narratives. <br />02/25/2023 Assisted Gaby with compalint. ALANIZ <br />02/25/2023 Per John Cannon, PG&E, less than 5 gallons of transformer oil were released onto <br />soil. No storm drains or waterways were impacted. Clean up was completed by <br />PG&E the same day, 2/25/23, and approximately 1 55-gallon drum of waste was <br />generated.
