SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: PG&E Date: 02/25/2023 <br />Address: 12021 WING LEVEE RD, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546- RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COTGYJ4YD <br />Responsible Party Contact: JOHN CANNON <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />LESS THAN 5-GALLONS OF BLUE STICKERED 'NON-PCB- TRANSFORMER OIL WAS RELEASED. SAMPLES WERE <br />TAKEN TO CONFIRM OIL IS IN FACT NON-PCB. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Per John Cannon, PG&E, less than 5 gallons of transformer oil were released onto soil. No storm drains or waterways were <br />impacted. Clean up was completed by PG&E the same day, 2/25/23, and approximately 1 55-gallon drum of waste was <br />generated. All waste was taken to the Stockton Service Station at 4040 West Lane, Stockton CA 95204. <br />Please provide the EHD with final disposal records. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
