SAMPLES WERE <br />TAKEN TO CONFIRM OIL IS IN FACT NON-PCB. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Per John Cannon, PG&E, less than 5 gallons of transformer oil were released onto soil. No storm drains or waterways were <br />impacted. Clean up was completed by PG&E the same day, 2/25/23, and approximately 1 55-gallon drum of waste was <br />generated. All waste was taken to the Stockton Service Station at 4040 West Lane, Stockton CA 95204. <br />Please provide the EHD with final disposal records. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
