ALARM WAS NEVER ABLE TO BE CLEARED. <br /> ALSO OPENED 87 FILL SUMP AND 91 FILL SUMP, BOTH 208 SENSORS WERE LIFTED OFF <br /> BOTTOM OF SUMP , REMOVED 15 GALLONS OF WATER DURING TESTING. AFTER <br /> COMPLETION ALL SENSORS RETURNED TO BOTTOM OF SUMPS AND IN SLEEVES. <br /> T TIME OF DEPARTURE THREE ACTIVE ALARMS REMAIN, SITE WILL NEED TO HIRE <br /> CONSTRUCTION / MAINTENANCE CREW FOR REPAIRS TO SUMP AND REPLACEMENT OF <br /> SENSOR. <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br />
