Exception:If mobile food facility handles prepackaged frozen ready to eat <br /> foods, whole fish and whole aquatic invertebrates,a refrigeration unit is not equired. 6.All new and replacement gas or electrical <br /> appliances do not conform to applicable standards. 7.
