Hi Erika, We received the attached results for the Secondary Containment test conducted on 4/21/2023 but there are some missing/inaccurate information. 1. Under 6.TANK SECONDRY CONTAINMENT TEST it has the test method marked as industry standard and test type marked as vacuum but the information below that shows that the tanks weren't tested because they're brine filled. Please remove the vacuum and industry standards from being marked as this shows they were tested under industry standard vacuum 2. Under 7. PIPE SECONDARY CONTAINMENT TEST the test equipment used and pipe manufacturer was not listed. Please enter that information and resubmit 3. Under 8. SUMP/UDC TEST the test equipment, sump manufacturer, and two sump measurements were not included.
