The site was using tarps, PGM and soil for cover. The cover met state minimum standards. <br />2. The water truck was operational during the inspection. The dust was minimal. <br />3. The site uses litter fences for litter control. There were a number of portable litter fences, as well as, stationary fences <br />along the ridges. The fences were catching the litter and litter control was good. <br />4. The site is using 4 light towers during the low light periods of operations. Lighting was adequate. <br />5. Cannery operations have ceased for the year. <br />6. Gas monitoring was conducted during the inspection using the GEM NAV2000.
