[EHD]
Subject: San Joaquin County Complaint CO5ISMEIV
Good Morning Kristin,
San Joaquin County received complaint CO5ISMEIV on 5/7/2021. Per the complainant, approximately 200 containers of
herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides were rinsed into an overflow water reservoir. We discussed this with Isabella
Bencomo of the Waterboard and she stated that the Waterboard did not want the referral at that time.
Samples were taken and the results came back as non-hazardous waste levels for metals and 4.08 ug/kg for
Napthalene. Due to the low levels EHD was not going to do any further action and was going to abate the complaint.
The link for the complaint is here: https://lfweb.sigov.org/EHD/DocView.aspx?id=825243&searchid=066c24b1-9410-
455e-9318412ac12f4Odd&dbid=0
If you have any questions, please let me know.
