Inspection report emailed to facility owner, Melissa Santos, at canvas tat2CcDsbcglobal.net. <br />2. An approved list of current Bloodborne Pathogen Training courses was provided to facility owner. <br />3. Maintenance was last performed on the autoclave on August 2017, per label on autoclave. <br />4. Facility intends to use electronic forms in the future. EHD is to review and approve forms prior to use. <br />5. Autoclave manual was onsite. <br />6. The time, temperature and psi on the IPCP and sterilization log did not correlate. Facility is to follow the manufacturer's <br />instructions in regards to the time, temperature, and psi that is used for sterilization. Update the IPCP to reflect such change, if <br />needed. <br />7. Jewelry is sterilized on site. <br />8. Per Jose Zuniga, EZ -test is being utilized for spore tests as of 2025, but no spore test results have been provided. A spore <br />test result stating "invalid" was provided to the EHD for March 2025. The facility is to retest the autoclave prior to operating <br />autoclave. <br />9. The following sterilization certificates were provided: <br />- Tattoo Express cartridges with the lot #23-05 and #21-07. <br />- Precision Needles with the lot #210515. <br />- King Pin needles with the lot #20230830. <br />10.
