Sorry about the delay. <br />Here are spore tests results. <br />Spoke with customer care in regard to confusion with serial/ model numbers. I was told it was due to a handwriting issue. To resolve they are sending premade <br />labels which I should be receiving next week. <br />The fail was due to only one test strip being run through the autoclave instead of 2. 1 have retrained everyone on how to use the autoclave. <br />
