0 0 <br /> Action taken for failed spore test dated 11/18/15 Test results received 12/3/15 <br /> Removed all barrels for the month of November. <br /> Called Crosstex Biological Monitoring.Spoke to gentleman,asked how a test would come back as a fail <br /> when all other previous tests have come back with a pass. I was told that if the autoclave was over <br /> packed or if test was run by itself and hadn't gone through complete cycle including drying then the test <br /> would come back as a fail. He had said that if they were even just a little damp that it would fail.The <br /> test strips had not dried completely when I sent them in. I was in a hurry to leave and didn't give enough <br /> time to dry) <br /> I immediately retested and sent them priority mail to Crosstex. <br /> Purchased disposable tubes. <br /> New results received 12/7/15, PASSED <br /> All barrels removed were then resterilized. <br />
