The Great Valley Elementary School shall contract with the
City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department to have the
Great Valley Elementary School domestic water system tested
for cross connections at a frequency of at least once per
year. The test shall be conducted by a cross connection
control specialist employed by the City of Stockton
Department of Municipal Utilities or an alternate cross
connection control specialist approved by the City of
Stockton Department of Municipal Utilities . The test shall
include the following two steps .
