Discussed with accounting and Melissa <br />Nissim, program coordinator. <br />03/08/2022 Reviewed complaint to determine if a photo log has been generated from the <br />photos I took. This is not one of the complaints I handed over to Elena Manzo. <br />This is a complaint I responded to after-hours while I was doing stand-by. Located <br />the photos and generated a photo log. <br />04/14/2023 Worked on abating the complaint. Asked Claudia Muro for a copy of the photo log <br />from her site visit. <br />04/17/2023 Removed confidential information from narrative. Searched for photo log - did not <br />locate. Searched for photos taken on 7-26-21, no longer on my cell phone. <br />Uploaded to the Unit 3 folder, however I do not have access. Requested photos <br />from John Alaniz so that I may re-generate photo log. <br />04/25/2023 Located photos - generated photo log. <br />04/26/2023 Moved photos taken by Claudia Muro to CUPA photo folder. Printed out photo log <br />and attached with complaint. Could not reach responsible party after multiple <br />attempts.
