A <br />contractor is enroute for cleanup. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />An approximate 75 gallons of transformer oil was released due to a vehicular accident. The transformer was removed from <br />the site and replaced. 6 black 55 gallon drums waste generated, 4 drums of mineral oil contaminated soil and debris, and 2 <br />drums of oily water. Waste generated has been taken to PG&E Manteca Service Yard for determination Area has been <br />cleaned. Awaiting waste determination on the 6 drums of waste generated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
