COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Manager was not aware of complaint. <br /> Inspected gutter along Sullivan Ave from the market to Scotts Ave intersection and there was some light staining that was <br /> dried near the market which grew darker going south. There was a pool of reddish water accumulated along the gutter just <br /> before the intersection of Sullivan and Scotts. <br /> Per manager they do not wash utensils outside or dump wastewater outside. <br /> Did not observe any utensils being washed outside or dirty utensils stored outside during the inspection. <br /> Observed dirty utensils stored at 3 comp sink, no warewashing was being done during the inspection. <br /> Instructed manager that all wastewater must going into an approved wastewater receptacle such as a floor sink or mop sink <br /> and that all utensils washing must be done at the 3 comp sink. <br /> The walls and coving in the area around the 3 comp sink were currently being redone.
