O -A4 <br />programs, track/receive inventory, prepare annual budget for facility &Maint. sections, available for response to emergencies 24/7. <br />any production related issues. <br />Compliance Manager/ EH&S Manager <br />DUTIES — Mgmt. of commercial scale BD processing/production facility, manage Plant Operators for 24hr production- ops., safety & QA <br />programs, mains. of plant, assist w/ annual budget for Facility & Health and Safety sections, available for response to emergencies 24/T Also <br />responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and overseeing all laboratory activities. Responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability <br />of tests and services performed in the laboratory. He/she will be the health and safety officer of laboratory activites. <br />QUALIFICATIONS - High degree in Chem. Eng. &/or Mech. Eng. Higher degrees in Chem. considered. 3 yrs exp. in BD production industry; <br />OR 3- yrs 'Plant or Production Mgmt exp. <br />Production Manager <br />DUTIES — Ongoing management of a commercial scale biodiesel processing/production facility. Provide strong technical guidance to productior <br />personnel. Conduct safety inspections and/or any required repair and maintenance of all plant equipments and controls and instrumentation. <br />QUALIFICATIONS - Degree in Mach. Eng., 3 yrs exp. in 80 production industry; OR 3 yrs Plant or Production Management experience. <br />Laboratory Manager <br />DUTIES - Responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing all laboratory activities. Maintains laboratort facilities and meets QA/QC <br />schedules setbyplant operations._ Establish and revise laboratory policies and procedures. Perform laboratory testing. Ensire compliance with <br />current safety requirements. <br />QUALIFICATIONS - Batchelors degree from accredited college or university in Chemistry, biology or closely realted field. <br />Plant Engineer <br />DUTIES — Responsible for support, maintenance, design, testing and integration of present and future control systems. Provide control system <br />engineering and programming services that involve modification of existing equipment and adding new equipment. Maintain plant equipment. <br />QUALIFICATIONS - BSEE or BSCS highly preferred, 3 yrs exp. in Wonderware; OR 3 yrs experience in work related environment. <br />Plant Operator <br />DUTIES - Run a production type environment and be able to learn PLC. Maintenance of plant including pump maintenance, safety inspections, <br />record keeping, and any required repairs or maintenance. Perform basic titration, accurately measure using scales and liquid measuring <br />devices, and repeatedly perform lab tests <br />QUALIFICATIONS - 2 yrs exp in production -style facility; OR 30 sem. hrs college; OR training @ vocational -technical school in related subject <br />-am. <br />Assistant Plant Operator <br />DUTIES - Run a production type environment and be able to learn PLC. Maintenance of plant including pump maintenance, safety inspections, <br />record keeping, and any required repairs or maintenance. <br />QUALIFICATIONS.- 2 ymexp in production -style facility; OR 30 sem. hrs college; OR training @ vocational -technical school in related subject <br />area. <br />Laboratory Technician <br />DUTIES - Collection & analysis of QC samples for BD product & raw materials used in production process, maintenance of lab, receive & track <br />lab inventory. <br />QUALIFICATIONS - 2 yrs exp. working in analytical chem lab; OR BS in Cher or related subject OR; training at vocational techniicat school in <br />related subject area. <br />Material Handler <br />DUTIES— Transfer of materials to and from tanker and railcars using electrical and air driven .pumps. Transfer, drumming and pumping of <br />hazardculs materials_ C-hange mulitiple filters periodically. Ability to lift 54 lbs and walk up and down a 4 story structure throughout the shift. <br />QUALIFICATIONS - 2 yrs exp in production -style facility, OR training @ vocational -technical school in related subject area. <br />Maintenance Mechanic <br />DUTIES — Responsible for maintenance of bailer, pumps, chillers, compressors, cooling tower -and any other production --equipments. <br />QUALIFICATIONS - 2 yrs exp maintenance in production -style facility; OR training @ vocational -technical school in related subject area. <br />Welding, fabrication and pipefitting experience preferred. <br />stk-ADM-TRN-001 Training Record 112421 <br />2/2 <br />
