SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> QUIK STOP MARKET#551152 1721 S CHEROKEE LN, LODI June 08, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 318 CCR 2635, 2637.1,2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 and 91 spill containers failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to repair or <br /> replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 and 91 spill containers failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> If the spill container can't be replaced immediately,there is a possibility that the[GRADE] UST system may be red <br /> tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
