Date: 09/11/2025 <br />Manufacturer training: VR, 02/17/24; VMI, 07/05/24 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Verified vacuum zone programming of the monitoring panel. Volumes were calculated and adjusted by the technician while on <br />site. <br />Traced vacuum hoses and verified vacuum zone setup. <br />Witnessed sensor functionality testing of all tank top sump and UDC sensors, including positive shut down. All passed. <br />Witnessed sensor out and fail-safe testing. Passed. <br />Leak detectors are mechanical and do not have panel programming. <br />Verified leak detector model numbers. The diesel leak detector is the FE Petro STP-MLD+BD. Verified this model is <br />compatible with diesel #2. <br />Compared site map from CERS to actual site layout. Revisions are needed to tank orientations and sumps. <br />Witnessed leak detector testing. Diesel passed. 87 and 91 failed repeatedly. <br />Facility is approved to receive fuel. <br />Facility is NOT APPROVED to operate. <br />Leak detector testing for 87 and 91 leak detectors is still needed. Additional paperwork is needed. See the approval later dated <br />2/15/23 item #12 for details. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
