No anchoring was used, in accordance with the buoyancy calculations. <br />Verified the use of tank installation checklists. <br />Verified appropriate backfill. Witnessed start of backfilling, including probing of backfill under tank. <br />The 'UST installation Inspection Completion Sign -Off Sheet' was provided to the contractor at the time of inspection. Signed <br />off on items 6a & 6b. <br />Facility is NOT approved to receive fuel. <br />Facility is NOT approved to operate. <br />—Additional inspections are required.
