<br />OBSERVATIONS: Quat sanitizer test strips were not available at the facility. Obtain sanitizer test strips to ensure sanitizing
<br />solution has concentration of a minimum of 200 PPM quat for proper sanitation of dishes and utensils. Correct within seven
<br />days.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The side of the one door freezer was observed with black build-up and dried pizza sauce. Clean side of
<br />freezer within one day.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Hard to reach floors under equipment and shelves were observed with food debris and build-up. Detail
<br />clean hard to reach floors within one week and maintain clean.
<br />Wall around the kitchen hand sink was observed with build-up. Clean wall within three days. Maintain clean.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
