A . C . Except as to the County 's sale negligence or willful misconduct. 2 . DEFENSE: f A . The County may participate br direct the defense of any Claim ; he County ' s actions in defense of any i claim shall not relieve me of any obligation to indemnify , defend , and hold ham less the County .
