Goulart : <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District owns , operates and maintains irrigation and /or <br /> drainage facilities which may provide service to the property described in the subject application . <br /> When property boundaries are changed , it is likely to affect the current method of water billing <br /> and water delivery . In some cases , the Disti <br /> rct will no longer be able to provide irrigation <br /> service unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to accommodate the <br /> newly established parcels . Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to <br /> others without provisions for irrigation service . <br /> Based upon the information provided in the referral , there does not appear to be a concern <br /> relative to the District ' s ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels .
