Description <br /> Of Parcel 11277 <br /> Per PA-2300089 <br /> A portion of the Southeast Quarter (S.E. 1/4) of Section 36 (Thirty-Six), Township <br /> 1 (One) South, Range 7 (Seven) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, County <br /> of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of that certain parcel described in Grant <br /> Deed to Kenneth S. Vander Veen, recorded on the 20th day of December, 2012, <br /> as Document No. 2012-170280, San Joaquin County Records, said <br /> Southwesterly corner being also a point on the Northerly line of that certain <br /> parcel as described in Grant Deed to the State of California, recorded on the 26th <br /> day of October, 1993, as Instrument No. 93125364, San Joaquin County <br /> Records; thence along the Westerly, Northerly, Northeasterly and Easterly lines <br /> of said Vander Veen Parcel on the following 4 (Four) courses: <br /> 1.
