Train practitioners on the correct wet contact time. A sheet of paper stating the practitioners have been trained on the wet contact time/following manufacturer's instructions will do. Make sure the practitioners sign that paper, it will be your training record. 6. Section G and T of the IPCP mentioned piercers but does not mention the tattoo artist. Include "tattoo" artist on those sections. I need a copy of the IPCP. 7. Since you switched to the mailback system for sharps disposal, it should be reflected on the IPCP. There were instances where "licensed waste hauler" was mentioned on the IPCP. Change the information and submit a copy to me. I hope this helps.
