CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2300101 <br /> JAGPAL& HARDIP BATTH INSURANCE TRUST/DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-2300101 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on September 8, 2023,which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire <br /> on March 6, 2023, which is 30 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to recordation <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
