Alpine Road, Stockton <br />INFORMATION: <br />APPLICANT: Verizon Wireless <br />APN: 103-020-12 <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br />Flood Hazard Area. <br />Alpine Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-62 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br />84 feet. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) A County encroachment permit shall be required for all work within the County road right- <br />of-way. (Note: Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only — all vertical features, <br />including but not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and <br />cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.)
