Pacific Gas and Plan Review Team PGEPlanReview@pge.com
Electric Company Land Management
August 2, 2023
Nancy Arroyo
County of San Joaquin
1810 E Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
Re: PA -2300113 Telecommunication
848 N Alpine Road, Stockton, CA 95215
Dear Nancy Arroyo,
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review the subject plans. The proposed PA -2300113
Telecommunication is within the same vicinity of PG&E's existing facilities that impact this
property.
PG&E operates overhead electric facilities within the subject property in areas of the proposed
development. The proposed underground fiber conduit runs in the same alignment as PG&E's
overhead power line for a portion. PG&E must have unrestricted access to all pole locations.
Any and all damages, repairs, or relocations to the underground facilities cause by PG&E's
ongoing maintenance and repairs to PG&E facilities shall be at the owner's expense. There
should be no excavations within a minimum of 2 -feet of all pole locations and no trenching
deeper than 36 -inches.
Additionally, the plans indicate the installation of a new PG&E pad -mounted transformer and
new primary power. You must contact PG&E's Service Planning department at
www.pize.com/cco for any modification or relocation requests, or for any additional services you
may require.
You may also contact the Building and Renovation Center (BRSC) for facility map requests by
calling 1-877-743-7782. As a reminder, before any digging or excavation occurs, please contact
Underground Service Alert (USA) by dialing 811 a minimum of 2 working days prior to
commencing any work. This free and independent service will ensure that all existing
underground utilities are identified and marked on-site.
If you have any questions regarding our response, please contact me at alexa.gardea@pge.com.
Sincerely,
Alexa Gardea
Land Management
916-760-573
PG&E Gas and Electric Facilities Page 1
Public
