COMPLAINANT STATES THAT ON 09/20/2023 THEY STARTED HAVING SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA, BLOODY STOOL, FEVER, HEADACHE,ABDOMINAL CRAMPS,VOMITING,AND CHILLS. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM ON 09/23/2023 AND 09/24/2023 AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SALMONELLA. VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. All reported coolers and the food items held on, at the cooking area, are at 41 F or below. Liquid eggs and pancake batter on ice bath, have temp at 41 F and below. Employees are practicing now washing hands between tasks either when handling food with bare hands or wearing gloves. Major violations are corrected. No more re inspection is required at this time. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
