COMPLAINANT STATES THAT ON 09/20/2023 THEY STARTED HAVING <br /> SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA, BLOODY STOOL, FEVER, HEADACHE,ABDOMINAL CRAMPS,VOMITING,AND CHILLS. <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES THEY WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM ON 09/23/2023 AND 09/24/2023 AND WAS <br /> DIAGNOSED WITH SALMONELLA. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
