Reportedly all spilled material was contained to the asphalt area, and no waterways <br />were impacted. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br />EHD conducted a site visit on 11/17/2020, the spill occurred on several streets adjacent <br />to the 1601 Scarborough Drive, Lodi address. Upon arrival, observed white absorbent <br />residue in areas where absorbent appeared to have been applied. Wet pavement, due <br />to the recent rain, was noted. No sheen or oily staining was observed. According to <br />the Waste Management, dry absorbent was used to clean up the spilled oil, <br />approximately 'A of a drum of waste absorbent was generated and taken to the 1333 E <br />Turner Rd, Lodi, CA 95240 yard, pending disposal. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />A person who generates a waste, as defined in section 66261.2, shall determine if that <br />waste is a hazardous waste according to the HSC 66262.11. All hazardous wastes shall be <br />disposed of under the appropriate waste manifesting procedure [1-iSC 25160 (b)(3)]. The <br />disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the disposal <br />is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal.
