<br />1 <br /> <br />November 9,2018 <br /> <br />Leprino Foods <br />Ben Schlegelmich <br />2410 N MacArthur Dr <br />Tracy, CA 95376 <br />Proposal #3104555 <br />RE: Add Pipe and fittings for (6) HCR doors <br />Dear Ben, <br />Stellar is pleased to provide you with our proposal for your service needs. Stellar shall furnish Leprino Foods of Tracy, CA with the <br />labor, materials and equipment to complete the following scope of work. <br />Item 1: Scope of work <br />Provide labor and materials to support the installation of (6) HCR doors. First tie in point to be at the headers serving EV-1 through <br />EV-4 to feed the rail dock HCR Doors (drawing 0525). The second tie in point to be at the header between EV-7 and EV-8 to <br />feed the truck dock HCR Doors (drawing 0524). We have included (1) service tech to pump down two tie in points on overtime <br />hours, No service tech for startup or hand expansion set up. <br /> <br />Items included (see proposed layout on page 3): <br />Hot gas supply: <br /> (2) 1-1/2” Globe/Angle valves for Hot gas tie in to headers <br /> (6) 1-1/4” Globe/Angle valves (1 per HCR door) <br /> (6) 1-1/4” RSF strainer with 3/8 valve on strainer (1 per HCR door) <br /> (6) 1-1/4” hand expansion valves with seal caps (1 per HCR door) <br /> (6) ¼” service valves with (6) 0-300 psi gauge (1 per HCR door) <br />Liquid/condensate out: tie into DC for truck and rail docks <br /> (2) 1-1/4” Globe/Angle valves located at the tie in points for headers <br /> (6) 1” Globe/Angle valves (1 per HCR door) <br /> (1) Pressure test with ammonia gas <br /> (6) Armstrong liquid drainer assemblies (1 per HCR door if option 1 below is selected) <br />o It is recommended that the Armstrong liquid drainers are installed on each HCR door to improve efficiency and better <br />maintain even HCR door operation. <br />Insulation: Piping will be insulated with 1” thick Urethane pipe insulation with Mylar vapor barrier film. The pipe insulation will <br />be finished with white aluminum jacketing for exterior and 30 mil. PVC jacketing for interior. RG 2400 corrosion inhibitor will <br />be applied to piping surface prior to insulation installation. <br />Item 2: General items not included… <br />1. Non-Working fire watch <br />2. Pressure test to be completed with dry nitrogen pressure, limited to existing valves holding pressure. <br />3. See other items for clarification on pages 4 - 6
