SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />:TIThNTY <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: SBDS LOGISTIC Date: 12/31/2021 <br />Address: SB 1-5 N 8 MILE RD, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: CITY OF STOCKTON Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COWOHDPX6 <br />Responsible Party Contact: CHRIS LORBEER <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Approximately 100gallons of diesel fuel was discharged onto the asphalt. The discharge was from the saddle tank on tractor <br />trailer truck that was punctured during a multi vehicle accident on 1-5 south bound , north of 8 mile Stockton. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Arrived on site met CHP and Caltrans present. Observed spill area approximately 10 x 30 feet and approximately 200 feet <br />trail. <br />I observed Clatrans cleaning up the impacted area (Asphalt). Absorbent pads and sand were applied onto the asphalt and <br />swept. Then the asphalt were cleaned with an oil eater, scrubbed, and then pressure washed, the rinseate was pumped into <br />Caltrans truck. <br />Per Juan Armendendarez all materials generated from the clean up operations will be taken to Caltrans yard and ANCO <br />Services INC, clean up company for the responsible party will collect the waste from Caltrans for proper disposal. I talk to <br />Norm Sanchez(916 581-9982) Anco Services Inc representative to send disposal records to EHD as soon as is possible. <br />Juan Armendarez Caltrans Distrist Hazmat Manager promise to send an e mail on amount of waste generated from clean up <br />operations. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
