Fremont Street, Stockton. Received complaint from Scott Sangalang. AHMED <br />Review site history. The water well is a public water system under PRO543313. <br />This is a matter of public water system in solid waste unit. <br />Modified complaint from program element 4300 to 4600 rather than abating <br />complaint and generating another one. <br />03/08/2023 Spoke with complainant who stated there are doors and a refrigerator and <br />everything is a mess at the site. They stated that the nitrate public notifications <br />ceased being distributed past November 2022. They did not have further <br />information regarding the complaint. They confirmed they received notification of a <br />new owner this week. I requested the contact information, and received Jorge <br />Espino's phone number. Spoke with Jorge and explained requirements of new <br />owner in regards to obtaining a permit and complying with the existing nitrate <br />complaince order. <br />03/10/2023 3991 E. Fremont St. - Conducted site visit to assess conditions. I was unable to <br />reach anyone at 3991 E. Fremont St. No garbage noted at residence; however, <br />several items were observed surrounding the dumpster bins located west of the <br />house. Some pieces of broken furniture, a refrigerator, a rug, an old mattress and <br />trash were observed surrounding the dumpster bins. The well and tank area was <br />also observed, with no deficiencies noted. See inspection report for further detals. <br />SAHOTA <br />SAHOTA <br />03/10/2023 Drafted photo log. Carlos had a few SAHOTA <br />questions regarding the notice, which I clarified. He called back to confirm he is <br />having the notice distributed and is mailing a copy of the notice and compliance <br />certification to our office. <br />04/12/2023 Spoke with complainant to provide update.
