Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per store manager, he is aware of the complaint. Two new compressors are installed a month ago.AC broke 2 days ago. <br /> Maintenance company is <br /> scheduled today in the afternoon to repair the AC unit. Dining area temp is at 82F. Back kitchen areas vary in temp between <br /> 79F to 89F.
