<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The bottom shelf of the metal shelves in the kitchen were observed rusty and with food debris. Clean
<br /> shelves and repair as necessary so that they are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent.
<br /> Meat wrapping machine and equipment next to it observed with heavy food debris. Detail clean equipment today. Maintain
<br /> clean.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The 3 door display cooler and the 14 door display cooler were lacking thermometers. Provide
<br /> thermometers for the coolers and place in an easily visible location inside. Correct within 14 days.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be
<br /> available to the food handler. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods
