Bradley and also along the East line of the land of Juanita Estella Cook, 2208. 5 feet to the Southeast corner of the land of said Juanita Estella Cook, being also on the North line of the land of Walter R, Gardner, et al; thence South 66 ° 27 ' East, 27. 7 feet to the Northeast corner of said land of Walter R . Gardner, et al; thence South along the East line of said land of Walter R.
