Provide 41 F or below prior to storing PHFs inside and replace door gasket <br />for 1 D reach-in if it will be used. <br />There was no splash guard between bar hand sink and counter, if clean utensils will be stored or food bank will be done on <br />counter next to hand sink provide 6 in. high minimum splash guard on right side of hand sink that extends from back to front. <br />The 3 D True freezer was just turned on during the inspection, if frozen items will be stored inside maintain 32 F or below. <br />Discussed report with Edgar Gomez. <br />No signature captured. <br />Ok to issue permit once permit fee is paid and 5021 form is updated. <br />PE 1625, fee $376 <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
