Provide 41 F or below prior to storing PHFs inside and replace door gasket for 1 D reach-in if it will be used. There was no splash guard between bar hand sink and counter, if clean utensils will be stored or food bank will be done on counter next to hand sink provide 6 in. high minimum splash guard on right side of hand sink that extends from back to front. The 3 D True freezer was just turned on during the inspection, if frozen items will be stored inside maintain 32 F or below. Discussed report with Edgar Gomez. No signature captured. Ok to issue permit once permit fee is paid and 5021 form is updated.
