Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer( s ) of the <br /> component ( s) being tested , repaired , or serviced <br /> 5 . The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS ) at http : //cers , calepa . ca . gov/ and ensure all UST information is current . <br /> 6 . All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization ( UL , ULC , ANSI , API , ASTM , etc . ) . See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23 , Chapter 16 , Table B for a complete list . <br /> 7 . Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval .
