COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES NON OF THE <br /> EMPLOYEES HAVE A FOOD HANDLERS CARD. COMPLAINANT STATES THEY COOK OYSTERS ON A GRILL <br /> OUTSIDE AND KEEP THE OYSTERS IN A COOLER OUTSIDE. <br /> —COMPLAINANT REQUESTS A CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR— <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Discussed the alleged complaint with the employee in <br /> charge.The employee escorted me to the back patio where the grilling of oysters is done. Did not observe any grilling as it is <br /> only done on weekends. Discussed hand washing practices with employee in charge.Verified food handlers are current on <br /> their certifications except for the food handler that does the grilling due to being hired a month ago. Employee has 30 days <br /> from start of employment to obtain a food handler certificate. The employee in charge stated facility will bring the employee <br /> doing the grilling up-to-date on the food handler certification and will discuss proper hand washing practices.
