Owner is familiar with the customer and their order. Owner states numerous other customers ordered the same sushi rolls the same date and no similar complaints have been received. Per owner, no employees have been ill. Inspection conducted prior to the facility opening for customers(food prep occurring). Per owner,the Dynamite roll contains: shrimp tempura, rice paper,fresh butter fish, spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce.The Lathrop roll is real snow crab, spicy tuna, avocado, sweet chili, and garlic miso, spicy mayo and is then deep fried. Facility has the Consumer Advisory is posted, hot water throughout, properly supplied hand sinks, a properly running ware wash machine, and food handling this date is proper. No major violations identified this date.
