No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Per manager, bread on shelves are checked in the morning before opening to look <br />for moldy bread and then are discarded. If a customer returns bread it is <br />discarded per manager. No moldy bread observed on retail shelves during <br />inspection. <br />Ensure that food is served so that it is free from adulteration and spoilage.
