COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. Re-inspection will occur during routine inspection. <br />Observed owner take money from customer and then proceed to pick up slice of pizza without washing hands before touching <br />food. Paper towels were available at the hand sink but a single use paper towel dispenser was lacking. <br />Emailed inspection report to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
