<br />prep table. Corrected on site. Cardboard was removed by staff.
<br />Observed open food items inside all coolers and freezers. Place coverings such as lids, foil, plastic wrap over food items to
<br />protect contamination. Correct today.
<br />Plastic containers without handles are being used as scoops inside the coolers. Use scoops with handles and store with
<br />handles sticking up and not inside the product to protect against food contamination. Correct today.
<br />Observed a malodorous smell inside the reach in freezer next to the blue bunny freezer. Find source and discard any
<br />contaminated food items. Clean inside freezer to prevent contamination of other food items. Correct today.

<br />Four reach in freezers were observed with ice accumulation and debris. Clean today.
<br />The exhaust hood above the fryer were observed with grease build up. Detail clean within one week. Maintain clean as
<br />needed regularly. Correct today.
