The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for STOCKTON EAST WATER DIST as of October 09, 2023. <br /> Open violations from August 09, 2023 inspection <br /> Violation#6-Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.The site map does not contain all the required elements. <br /> Site map does not identify the locations of all the chemicals locations on-site ; locations of aluminum Chloralhydrate <br /> Hydroxide, Roundup, MD-1883, Filter Aids, KWIK AR1616,Acetylene,Waste Oil, Diesel generators, Low lift 2000 <br /> gallons diesel tank, Low Lift 200 gallon emergency generator Diesel Tank, 660 gallons of Diesel CAT Diesel <br /> Generator and Oxygen. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> There are seven different site maps submitted to CERS and none of these site maps are identified with document <br /> title. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#9-Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. <br /> • 2023 submittal was late on 2/15/23 <br /> • 2022(facility information and Inventory submitted late on 3/14/22),; no plans submitted <br /> • No submittal for all section for calendar year 2019 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
