Acampo, CA 95220 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of four applications being processed concurrently. Two applications were previously processed as Pre-application No. PA-2200213 (GP) and No. PA-2200214 (ZR). General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2200213 and Zone Reclassification No. 2200214 proposes to change the General Plan designation of two parcels totaling 30.09 acres from A/G (General Agriculture) to I/W (Warehouse Industrial) and zoning from AG-20 (General Agriculture)to (Warehouse Industrial). PA-2300130 is an Administrative Use Permit application for a recreational vehicle, boat and leisure vehicle storage facility and truck parking to be built in 1 phase over 3 years. The project footprint is 16.05 acres. The project includes 150 parking spaces for trucks, 50 parking spaces for trailers, 25 parking spaces for recreational vehicle and boat storage, and a 1,000 square foot commercial coach to be used as an accessory office. The project proposes direct access off State Route 99 Frontage Road. The project will be served by private well and private septic system and a retention pond for storm drainage. The project site is not under Williamson Act Contract. PA-2300133 is an Administrative Use Permit application for a recreational vehicle, boat and leisure vehicle storage facility and truck parking to be built in 1 phase over 3 years. The project footprint is 14.04 acres. The project includes 150 parking spaces for trucks, 50 parking spaces for trailers, and 25 parking spaces for recreational vehicle and boat storage. The project proposes direct access off E.Woodbridge Road.The project will be served by private well and private septic system and a retention pond for storm drainage. The project site is not under Williamson Act Contract. The Property is zoned AG-20 (General Agriculture, 20-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture).
