The project site is not under Williamson Act Contract. <br /> PA-2300133 is an Administrative Use Permit application for a recreational vehicle, boat and leisure vehicle storage facility <br /> and truck parking to be built in 1 phase over 3 years. The project footprint is 14.04 acres. The project includes 150 parking <br /> spaces for trucks, 50 parking spaces for trailers, and 25 parking spaces for recreational vehicle and boat storage.
