A copy of any app/icab/e environmental studies show/d a/so be <br /> submitted,) <br /> Findings for Other Plan or Mao Amendments /Zona Reclassification AG-20 to 1-Wl <br /> The proposed amendment is consistent with the General Plan and any applicable <br /> Master Plan. <br /> This finding can be made because the proposed zone is consistent with the Genera/P/an. <br /> The proposed /-W Zona Classification is intended to accommodate warehouses and <br /> service establishments with the primary use of sewage dispose/systems through the use <br /> of septic tanks, without the production of industria/ wastes. The underlying projects for <br /> trucK parking and storage are compatib/e uses that are a//owed in the /-W zona under <br /> Chapter 3.> Community Development Element, Warehouse /ndustria/ (//Vl�, page 3.>- <br /> 53.>, of Po/icy Document Part 3: Goa/s and Policies of the San Joaquin County 2035 <br /> General P/an, and will not create any industria/waste or hazards. There ars no app/icab/e <br /> Master P/ens in the area. <br /> The proposed amendment is necessary for public health, safety, and general <br /> welfare or will be of benefit to the public. <br /> This finding can be made because the /ocation is nearby to a major transportation access <br /> route and the parte/size is sufficient in size for permitted/-W/and uses as outlined under <br /> the 2035 Genera/ P/an Chapter 3.> Community Oeve/opment E/cement, Warehouse <br /> /ndustria/ (//W), page 3.>-53.>, of Po/icy Document Part 3: Goa/s and Policies. The <br /> /ocation is one-ha/f mi/e from State Route 99 Highway interchange and Basi/y accessib/e <br /> for truck transportation /and uses and will a/so provide additional opportunities for <br /> businesses in San Joaquin County whi/e maintaining the infant of the Gonera/P/an Goa/ <br /> LU-6, which is to promote the de ve/opment of new industria/and employment uses in the <br /> unincorporated areas of the County that are compatib/e with surrounding /and uses and <br /> meet the present and future needs of County residents <br /> Tha proposed amendment has been reviewed in compliance with the <br /> requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.
