ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25)feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The existing vegetation design is permitted and shall be incorporated into the site plan review.This <br /> satisfies the landscaping requirement. (Development Title Section 9-1020.10) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be <br /> six(6)to seven (7)feet in height. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[d][2]) <br /> i. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included <br /> on the Site Plan. TRIBAL CULTURAL RESOURCES: The applicant shall retain a qualified archaeologist to conduct <br /> testing of the proposed construction area for potential cultural resources, including tribal cultural <br /> resources. If any subsurface historical, archaeological, or paleontological resources, including human <br /> burials and associated funerary objects,are encountered during construction,all construction activities <br /> within a 50-foot radius of the encounter shall be immediately halted until a qualified archaeologist <br /> and/or paleontologist can examine these materials,initially evaluate their significance and, if potentially <br /> significant, recommend measures on the disposition of the resource. The project applicant shall be <br /> immediately notified in the event of a discovery, and if burial resources or tribal cultural resources are <br /> discovered, the project applicant shall notify the appropriate Native American representatives.
