Employee Health and Safety Engagement <br /> The CPM or APM is responsible for reviewing and establishing H&S engagement goals for the project. <br /> These goals are summarized below. <br /> Hazard Observations (via H&S App or TIP) required at the following frequency on this project: <br /> One TIP per week <br /> Close Call reporting (via H&S app)goals for this project: <br /> One near miss per event <br /> Other(specify): <br /> Safety Equipment and Supplies <br /> Safety equipment/supply requirements are addressed in the JSA or Permit for the task being performed. If <br /> work is not performed under a JSA or Permit, the following safety equipment is required to be present on site <br /> in good condition unless otherwise noted (Check all that apply): <br /> X First aid kit Insect repellent: <br /> Bloodborne pathogens kit X Sunscreen <br /> X Fire extinguisher Air horn <br /> Eyewash (ANSI compliant) X Traffic cones <br /> X Eyewash (bottle) 2-way radios <br /> Drinking water Heat stress monitor <br /> Other: I X ISee Tick and Poisonous Plant Hazards section <br /> for addtional equipment/supply information. <br /> International Travel <br /> International travel is not required for this project. <br /> Spill Control and Containment <br /> Spill control and containment planning and implementation, if required, is the responsibility of another <br /> contractor working with Arcadis. Arcadis will validate the contractor has the necessary equipment and <br /> supplies on site to control and contain spills prior to start of work. <br /> Use of Electronic Devices in Areas of Increased Safety Risk <br /> Use of electronic devices (tablets, laptops, and/or cell phones)to collect data or document work is not <br /> anticipated on this project.
