The area of concern for the Drainage and Erosion Control has been corrected . Erosion <br /> channels were not observed . <br /> 2 . The area of concern for Litter Control has been corrected . Daylighting was not observed <br /> south of the asbestos containment area . <br /> 3 . Heavy vehicle traffic observed upon arriving at site . The amount of vehicles decreased <br /> within an hour . <br /> 4 . Site is in the process of constructing the winter pad (s) . <br /> 5 . The first truck to arrive at the active face was at 6 : 06 am . <br /> 6 . Monitoring well GP- 16 and GP-27 were measured for methane . The methane concentration <br /> for the well was 0 % . <br /> 7 . Tarp , overs and soil are used for the daily cover . <br /> 8 . Records were reviewed and meet standards . <br /> 9 . The weather during the inspection was 62 ° F with a wind speed of 5 mph . <br /> 10 . A burned trailer observed on site . The incident was documented in the special occurrence <br /> log , but EHD was not notified .
