Disposal Facility (Site) Inspection Report (52) <br /> Forward Landfill, Inc. (39-AA-0015) <br /> 9/22/2023 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. The first truck to arrive at the active face was at 6:10 am. <br /> 2. An adequate amount of lighting observed. <br /> 3. Litter was not observed off site and the litter was light on site. However, daylighting and a <br /> couple tires were observed next to the asbestos disposal area. Operator is to cover area <br /> evidenced by daylighting with clean soil and dispose of tires properly. <br /> 4. Odor was light. <br /> 5. Track out was light. <br /> 6. No <br /> prohibited wastes were observed at the active face at time of inspection. <br /> 7. Tarps, overs and soil are used for the daily cover. <br /> 8. Records were available for review. <br /> 9.
