COMPLAINANT STATES THAT WITHIN 45 MIN OF EATING SHE BEGAN FEELING SYMPTOMS OF SEVER <br /> CRAMPING AND DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT NO DOCTOR WAS SEEN BUT SHE DID CALL THE <br /> ADVICE NURSE, AND SHE IS STILL FEELING SYMPTOMS THOUGH THEY HAVE SUBSIDED SLIGHTLY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Manager states numerous other orders of the taco craving box ordered <br /> during the last couple of weeks and no similar complaints have been received.
